Migrate from terragrunt to terraform

This page summarizes the projects mentioned and recommended in the original post on /r/Terraform

Our great sponsors
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • terraformer

CLI tool to generate terraform files from existing infrastructure (reverse Terraform). Infrastructure to Code

  • If you've to write the code (I assumed you just needed to reorganize it without TG) maybe consider https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/terraformer

  • terragrunt-infrastructure-live-example

A repo used to show examples file/folder structures you can use with Terragrunt and Terraform

  • I also highly recommend to check out how terragrunt recommends structuring your repo and even further details on this documentation page.

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.

  • tofu-controller

A GitOps OpenTofu and Terraform controller for Flux

  • Wrt tools, I wanted to integrate terraform with Flux thanks to their tf-controller. Conciling the core gitops features with terraform would be great imho.

  • cloud-nuke

A tool for cleaning up your cloud accounts by nuking (deleting) all resources within it

  • Or your working on gruntwork.io company, this is the only the thing that makes ok all what you say here. However I believe they can make better product instead of angry chat on reddit without getting in details.
