  1. Under-Respresented_Items

This mod adds items to Baldur's Gate 2. The items come from Icewind Dale 2. Only certain kinds of items were chosen. Items were selected to flesh out smaller weapon families.

For item mods, I like Forgotten Armament and Underrepresented Items, which port items from NWN2 and Icewind Dale, respectively. Good for fleshing out certain weapon categories that are otherwise a little sparse (clubs, bastard swords, etc).

  3. TowerOfDeception

Tower of Deception for BG2:ToB, BG2:EE and EET

If you want a challenging dungeon crawl, Tower of Deception, Trials of the Luremaster (ported from Icewind Dale), and Test Your Mettle (ported from Planescape: Torment) are fun.

  4. A7-TotLM-BG2EE

The Icewind Dale expansion "Trials of the Luremaster" made available to BG2:EE and EET

If you want a challenging dungeon crawl, Tower of Deception, Trials of the Luremaster (ported from Icewind Dale), and Test Your Mettle (ported from Planescape: Torment) are fun.

  5. A7-TestYourMettle

A mod for BG2:EE and EET that provides you with a unique dungeon crawling experience.

If you want a challenging dungeon crawl, Tower of Deception, Trials of the Luremaster (ported from Icewind Dale), and Test Your Mettle (ported from Planescape: Torment) are fun.

  6. Back_to_Brynnlaw

A Questmod for Baldur's Gate II (BGII, BGT, BGII:EE, EET)

For quest mods that are more narrative-heavy, basically anything from this site is good. Tales of the Deep Gardens is my favorite, but I haven't played one that I disliked. I also liked Back to Brynnlaw and Assassinations.

  7. Assassinations
