Well, I can tell you 8333 is what I've always used and bitcoin.org mentions it in their bitcoin core documentation here. When I opened that port, all my outside connections began to function properly. I didn't ever have port 10009 open, but I probably wasn't running the same setup, so that may be meaningless. I'm being intentionally wishy washy because I want you to be sure before you change your firewall settings, but that port 8333 feels like what it'd be to me.
