I believe that the node system is already capable of being a visual scripting tool and that those high level nodes should be left to third parties. I can draw many parallels between high levels node libraries and the various React Component libraries that exist for the web, all build with a specific design in mind but still customizable enough to create a unique experience: https://mui.com/, https://ant.design/
