I use a software called Obsidian to make this graph/organize my Information and projects. As a reference to style/how to organize, I base my notetaking on Evergreen Notes from Andy Matuschak. For a reference to how you can start using the "Zettelkasten"-method, which is the fundamental idea why Obsidian exists, you can watch this Video from Bryan Jenks. But there is a tone of videos about this software and a big community building the software.
