I found this recently while researching a different problem: https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/9138. Tl;dr: Stop and disable the Parsec service before launching Parsec client. Maybe that will works for you too, since the AHK solution also relies on being able to send mouse/keyboard events to the Parsec window without the events being intercepted by Parsec.
