It’s not really meant to move data from O365 to O365 but since O365 supports IMAP you probably can use it. https://imapsync.lamiral.info/. I used it to very successfully move mailboxes from postfix to O365. There is a free version that supports up to 3gb but if you can squeeze out €120, it’s well worth it.
