Why are some of my lines I made now “blurry” and not defined. They were when I was making them. I restarted the program and it didn’t help. Not so noticeable far away but bad when you zoom in a little. You can see some spots are so bad vs others

    You can either use a transform mask (cleaner approach) or make a copy on a new layer. Keep in mind that these will only make it so the original is preserved, but if you want to increase the size and increase the resolution to match then I don't know if there are integrated tools. If tweaking the transform's filter doesn't satisfy me, I would use an upscaler like RealESRGAN or the likes through Upscayl or Upscaler
