I believe you need to raise a support case for your CID to get this functionality enabled. Once done, the CS agent will write a local file - C:\ProgramData\CrowdStrike\ZeroTrustAssessment\data.jwt. This file contains the overall ZTA score, OS score and agent score. It is updated every hour or so. Other applications which integrate to ZTA (eg Zscaler), use this to read the score. The file itself is a jwt, which you will need to use code to read - see https://jwt.io/
