czkawka - IMO, the best free deduplication tool. I've pruned hundreds of gigabytes of data with it. It has image, video and audio analysis too. You add the directories you want analyzed and tag one as the "source". It spits out a list of duplicates in the other.
Together with BleachBit and Geek Uninstaller are the go-to tools in my upkeep routine. You don't need those but just mentioning them.
