For material UI you can use: https://sveltematerialui.com. It works fine although my experience with it is minimal. For tailwind you can run npx svelte-add tailwindcss.

On a side note I feel like you are where I was about 5 years ago all I want to do was angular because I came from java and it felt comfortable. I learned react and started exploring the world of js frameworks and haven’t looked back at angular since. I have made some pretty complex stuff with svelte check out my Pokémon card manager I wrote it svelte, Daisy ui and tailwind. https://github.com/poketrax/PokeTrax. It uses vite instead of svelte kit but i think It might help with ideas.
