PCSX2. You need to get this bios files separately but it works great. I used it to replay FFX and KH2 like a decade ago and it was great then. Last year I replayed Dark Cloud 2 on and it and it was good (able to upscale to native 4k rendering + 60fps). KH2 has ways to upscale and 60fps patches as well. FFX is strict 30 fps because of some nuances in how the game was created. Can still upscale to 4k though.
