It sounds like you might want a more point and click, drag and drop website builder (SquareSpace?) with your own domain? Cloudflare is a fantastic suite of products, but 'creating a website' with it, is more about using a diversified set of products...That said, you can host a static website using Cloudflare Pages, if you have or know how to create one. Expanding on that, for example if you wanted to create more of a web application, you can use their serverless functions and they have a new database product and object storage...and other stuff like image processing, video streaming and the CDN and security stuff that they started out with.
