Our great sponsors
  • SurveyJS - Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • foss_photo_libraries

Free and Open Source Photo Libraries

  • PiGallery 2

A fast directory-first photo gallery website, with rich UI, optimized for running on low resource servers (especially on raspberry pi)

I'd also consider Pigallery2. It's maybe not as powerful as Photoprism, but it is very fast, lighweight and integrates quite well with the exiting image metadata (keywords and faces). It's a web interface, but it works quite well on mobile and the search option is powerful.

  • SurveyJS

Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.

  • librephotos

A self-hosted open source photo management service. This is the repository of the backend.

    You should try Librephotos

  • uhuruphotos-android

🖼️A modern media gallery, with features like backup/sync, semantic search, media map, face recognition, memories and much more built using the latest Android technologies.

And, if you are on Android, the unofficial third party app i'm personally developing for it, UhuruPhotos is quite full featured, with full photo backup and sync coming imminently
