One way to uninstall many apps that come with Windows that someone could consider "bloat" is to use an uninstallation script creator such as https://privacy.sexy/ - Again, that being said: there is no "click this one button and it will debloat Windows for you" solution, because there is no universal definition what "bloat" is. But a tool such as this one allows user to choose things to remove.
