If you have a large collection of PC games (on Steam and/or itch), I would recommend Playnite. Unlike the other services mentioned, Playnite is able to automatically import your game libraries from Steam and itch (and some other PC game storefronts) as well as allowing you to manually make game entries. While the program is mostly geared towards PC games, you can also use it to keep track of games on other platforms if you want. It lets you mark games as beaten/completed/abandoned, rate them, add tags and categories, manually set playtime, etc. It also has a "random game" feature that can pick a random game from your collection if you're not sure what to play next (though Backloggery has a similar function, fwiw). It's a standalone program rather than a website, but you can back up your library so you don't have to build it up again if you get a new computer.
