Consider Nextcloud deployment as a Docker container on a desktop computer. You can start the project using a micro or SFF computer. For example, check Intel NUCs and Dell Optiplex micro models. In terms of power consumption, those computers consume 30-60W (or more, depending on storage setup) under high load and 10-15W idle. Using 1-2 drives you can install Ubuntu Server OS, Docker server, and deploy the Nextcloud All-In-One container.
