Co-founder of Infisical here — we're an open-core business that's operating a model similar to some other open-core companies like GitLab, PostHog, Chatwoot, Sentry, etc. You may want to see how these companies are able to monetize their open-source offerings; what ends up happening, as others in this thread have pointed out, is that there will be free and paid/proprietary features as part of the codebase.
