picard
A cross-platform music tagger powered by the MusicBrainz database. Picard organizes your music collection by updating your tags, renaming your files, and sorting them into a folder structure, exactly the way you want it.

InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
I can only speak from personal experience, but I use the Plex Music agent (with 'Prefer local metadata') and have no issues. I run all my music through Picard, and when I make any manual edits Plex picks those over any online data.
NOTE:
The number of mentions on this list indicates mentions on common posts plus user suggested alternatives.
