That's the wish counter on paimon.moe. For PC you can auto import wish data using a code in powershell, not sure how well it works on other platforms. It's quite shameful though - according to it my luckiness for 5*s on the chara banner is bottom 9%, the wep banner is 11% ( I only wanted redhorn :\), and on standard banner my 5* luck is the bottom 7%. And as you can see my 50/50 luck suuuuuucks
