Telegraher by Nikitasius is the one I'm actually using
NekoX recently received an update, but they are still out of date (upstream is 9.3.3 vs NekoX 9.1.6).
There's Unigram if you're on Windows, which better integrates with the look of Windows itself
If you're on Linux and use the Gnome desktop environment, there is Telegrand which is based on GTK
Another option, but for Qt, is Cutegram - but this doesn't seem to have been updated in a while
