This is why I started using playnite still have to have the darn launchers installed but at least you can see all your games (and emulators ;) )in one launcher. There's also a game stream add on that exports playnite game links of all your games so you can stream them with moonlight or Nvidia shield.
you could try building your own steamos (steam deck's operating system) rig using the open source steamos installer thing
