  • Paper

The most widely used, high performance Minecraft server that aims to fix gameplay and mechanics inconsistencies

  • Minecrafts Open To Lan shoud do totally fine and requires almost no setup just jump in a world and in Esc click open to lan and on other pc write host's ip:port and connect. If u want setup where the world is accessible even tho host doesn't play right now u want standalone server.jar that requires bit more setup. I only use PaperMC or fabric but u can just run mojang's original server.jar. PaperMC is optimized fork of Spigot with support for plugins that can do for example something like /home /spawn etc. just need to find plugin that does what u look for. Just a disclaimer not all mc mechanics work totally same in Paper but that is more of problem if u want to do something crazy like build compute module in mc world. Fabric is for modded experiences.

  • AMP

Issue tracking and documentation for AMP (by CubeCoders)

  • You might want to check out AMP - it's a server management tool for self hosting servers that is pretty difficult to go wrong with. It does things like managing the system firewall for you and optionally isolating the game server from the rest of the system so you don't need to worry too much about security. It's a very easy tool to set up (just a standard installer) and doesn't require that you know anything about any particular game. There's also a Minecraft specific video tutorial available.

  • WorkOS

The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
