Hey! This is a follow-up to a slightly older post I made. You'll find it in my post history if you're curious. Anyway, I got my update from GitHub Support which, and I'm going to paraphrase this a little here, basically said "fuck you, ask this question here instead". I waited nearly 3 weeks for a canned response. So, 2 days ago, I submitted this discussion on the Education discussion.. thing. 2/3 people who replied are having my exact issue, with GitHub's unresponsive support. Furthermore, nobody who has contact with GitHub has replied. It's almost like they DON'T want us to get the benefits that THEY offer. I've never had a worse experience with technical support.
