I should get a better list of resources, but you can check out the FAQ and resources sections on Flashbots' MEV-Boost in a Nutshell. A lot of the ideas about relay-builders initially came from this post by chayoterabit on the Flashbots forum, though many of the details I discuss are novel as far as I know.
