InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
You can very easily fake being another use on GitHub, see https://github.com/amoffat/masquerade/commit/9b0562595cc479ac8696110cb0a2d33f8f2b7d29. Its a big reason why the linux project still uses a patch based workflow instead of relying on GitHub
I use GitLab as my primary host, but it does not really matter. What does matter is that I have the primary host set up to automatically push new commits to GitHub. Recently I had a PR in one of my plugins. I was able to review the code, amend it, merge the changes and push everything to the primary host without logging into GitHub even once.
Then I used the GitHub CLI tool to check out the PR as a local branch.
