As for your current dilemma. There are a few options but I am going to share with you, what I'd do and perhaps the most fastest. There is a docker container which creates a docker-compose file of already running containers. You can either be specific to a single container or create a yml for all the running containers.

I am assuming you have purely used the Synology docker GUI. If you're just learning to play around with docker that is perfectly fine but to play around more with containers I recommend getting to know docker-compose it's pre-installed and you have a lot more control. Some light reading.
