I know and i agree https://xkcd.com/927/ but none fits my requirements, it needs to be W7 compatible so only with that most are out of the way, also i want to be HTML/CSS and none are. Slint https://github.com/slint-ui/slint is the closest thing but i dont want the "QML" type of thing they use, i want a CSS for style and a HTML for structure, maybe also some JS support
