coder
Coder provisions software development environments via Terraform on Linux, macOS, Windows, X86, ARM, and of course, Kubernetes.
👋 been there. I ended up getting so allergic to these enterprise scenarios that I crossed over into building developer tools to solve it. Zoom forward a couple of years, and now I'm over at Coder (was previously at Gitpod), building self-service portals that provision infrastructure via Terraform. The source code is over at https://github.com/coder/coder btw.

Try Lapce, it's pretty similar visually to vscode, and make sure to use nightly to get more features. It's genuinely extremely fast, while vscode takes almost 10-15 seconds to load up, lapce literally starts instantly and is immediately ready for use. It's genuinely amazing what the devs have achieved.
