InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
Those are the ones. There are also other onewire devices that also have IO on them if you want to consolidate your pins. For example, a DS28E18 is a onewire to i2c/spi bridge or a DS28EA00 which is another temperature sensor but it has 2 gpio pins. To read these I always used the OneWire library to read them with Arduino. The example the library has called DS18x20_Temperature is a really good example of how to read the data stored on the sensors. Some more about the library can be found here. It can be a little bit confusing at first but once you figure out how it works they can be incredibly powerful devices. Here is a practical example of a way to use the two data bytes to sort a large array of sensors. Good luck!
