Playnite https://playnite.link/ is an open source game library that allows you to install and launch games in one place. It supports a lot of integration (epic games, gog, steam, origin,...) exactly what you're asking for!
I feel the same way, but then Epic started giving out free games, so I made this: https://github.com/PhilipK/BoilR Finds games from other launchers and add them as 3rd party games to steam.
