I'm not sure about amazon but I used this tool a while back to sync my netflix history to trakt. Netflix-to-Trakt-Import. Then I used PlexTraktSync to sync with Plex. Worked pretty good but I think I got some errors with Netflix-to-Trakt-Import because my Netflix history was huge and a couple things were breaking the script. I posted my issues here and here. So that may help you if you try it and run into issues.
