I second Duplicati as a backup solution, though with two caveats. Firstly, it doesn't really have an active maintainer which is not great although a random volunteer fixed the worst recent bug. Secondly, it doesn't automatically produce the kind of list you want. You can extract the information from the GUI but if you want an automated solution you might need to see whether DupReport could be made to show this.
