Project mention: init.lua - how making meta-accessors for buffer options persistent | reddit.com/r/neovim | 2021-01-15
Alternatively, if you want to be maybe unnecessarily fancy, I stole some small part of the idea in my init.lua here, it's definitely overkill I was just curious having looked at tj's PR although one upside is once his PR is merged I can just delete the function and alias `opt` to `vim.opt`

I'd suggest to use the nightly version of neovim and use treesitter which could provide a better highlightings and handle the lang="ts" better. Anyway, here's my dotfiles if you need them. I use neovim builtin LSP, you might wanna use COC if you want to get it setup easier.

Project mention: [OC] Confload - Create dotfiles-manageable weechat configs with password manager integration | reddit.com/r/unixporn | 2021-01-21
I hope this is the right place to post this.. Personally I really like weechat, but since the configuration files are not meant to be edited by humans and contain sensitive information it is really hard to share my weechat rice in a dotfiles repository. That's why I created confload, a plugin which reads a configuration file with weechat commands. There exist similar solutions like inwee or autoconf, but confload provides more advanced functionality by making use of a macro processor, which makes it possible to use stuff like comments and well.. macros. Confload provides a special macro to obtain secrets like passwords from a password manager to eliminate any sensitive information from the config file. Since I created this for my needs, right now only KeepassXC is supported, but the script can be easily adapted for other password managers. Maybe someone else also has a usecase for this!

So what you really want, is to merge those two tables together, you can have a look at how I do it in my nvim lsp config but for your code it could be:

Project mention: [OC] Most used WM's in this subreddit out of 1000 posts. | reddit.com/r/unixporn | 2021-02-22To use bspwm I had to make few scripts in bash (e.g.https://github.com/herod2k/dotfiles/blob/master/nordicfaint/.config/scripts/bsw_monitors), I already knew it but I suppose that other people had to learn it to configure i3 or bspwm and bash is also a niche "language". I don't see the difference or the problem I'm happy to learn something different. If you want something minimal I think that scripting is necessary.

I wrote an ansible playbook (?) for fedora 29, IIRC. Here are the instructions, you can extract them to a shell script or something.
