I haven't used either of these two suggestions, but with some quick searching, I found MyCollab or Fractale which look like they might be pretty good. MyCollab looks better of the two of those to me, but Fractale could surprise me.
Here is the process I went through to build a reusable version. This blog is again for Vaadin, but the principles and the "build reusable components" -thinking makes sense on any web or IU framework.
Step 2: Clone the NPS project from GitHub github.com/samie/nps. This repository contains a Vaadin add-on itself, but also the demo application project we want to deploy.
