Top 23 Haskell Network Projects

  1. streamly

High performance, streaming and concurrent functional programming in Haskell

Project mention: Ladybird Browser Adopts Rust | news.ycombinator.com | 2026-02-23

It's hard to point to what's idiomatic given such low level fp primitives.

Something like https://github.com/composewell/streamly can go very fast and constant memory with 0 allocs.

Once linear types get better support, it would be nice.

Both Rust and Haskell are fairly high-level and I'd bet with proper primitives in both languages it is impossible to reason about register use or performance.
