Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, Danell has a background in platform operations, VoIP infrastructure, authentication systems, and SaaS product development.

She previously led large-scale contact centre migrations and platform operations before founding Aura Social, with her work focused on systems that need to stay reliable, accountable, and easy to govern at scale.

After seeing how many professionals were forced to juggle fragmented networking, advertising, and analytics tools, she began building Aura Social as a platform designed around identity, opportunity discovery, and predictable reach - where the rules are transparent and the costs do not change without warning.
