Mine is called zknotes. Web based. If you install elm and rust dev tools you can compile it for yourself and run your own instance. Otherwise, try it on my instance.

Tell us about your ZK
the code is here, if you're curious. the db schema is a little hard to make out since the database created with initdb is modified through 4 migrations to reach the current form.

What's everyone working on this week (3/2021)?
I'm messing around with my pre-alpha zettelkasten website, zknotes. I wrote it with sqlite initially but now I'm porting it over to indra-db, the rust graph database. Not sure if I'll go with indra or not, but graph queries in sqlite are pretty ugly, and slow.

There are guides and even video series that cover a lot of beginner stuff. masteringemacs.org has a lot of great articles, and the System Crafters YouTube channel has a lot of great looking stuff.

Configuring emacs the right way
Check out System Crafters, they've helped me a lot since re-adopting Emacs.
You might want to check out system-crafters and his emacs from scratch series: https://github.com/daviwil/emacs-from-scratch

Re which "distro" to start with, Doom is great, but I recommend starting with vanilla Emacs and doing the minimal customization necessary to make it usable. You'll learn a lot more about Emacs that way, and you can always switch to Doom down the line if you want. u/daviwil's "Emacs from Scratch" series and accompanying YouTube videos are the best introduction to Emacs, and he also has some videos on org-roam specifically.
