youtube-dl-wpf is what I use, works well for CLI maggots like me -- doesn't feel like building a .bat script but also want the freedom to alter the actual argments that's passed to yt-dlp.

It uses WPF so it can only run on Windows though.

you can try using yt-dlp along with a GUI of some sort, like Cube YouTube Downloader.

youtube-dlg is great if you prefer a simple gui over cli.

r/DataHoarder would probably be better, but if you're comfortable with the command line I know that youtube-dl works for sure. If you want gui, youtube-dlg would probably work, though I haven't tested it.

Youtube-DL is a tool to download videos and audio from a lot of websites but it is a command line tool so it might be a bit complicated. Youtube-DL-Gui if you want an actual gui instead of just using the command line. Free MP3 Download might be the easiest and the best since you get FLAC files which are higher quality than mp3 iirc.
