I have tried yaf and bunnyfetch (in Go, so probably what you are after) and I liked them.

The most minimalistic neofetch alternative ?
I personally use macchina, however probably it wouldn't satisfy your requirements for fewest dependencies (though I don't really understand what dependencies you are referring to: all the bash/shell fetches like neofetch are just lines of shell code, so what dependencies do they require after all?).
