That's because it has been fixed already. The translatable string changed in this commit, and the translation tool apparently automatically mapped the old translation to it with a "Needs Editing" tag.

Rufus: The Reliable USB Formatting Utility
For anyone complaining that there is no nice GUI for dd on Linux and macOS, I recently discovered Fedora Media Writer [1] which works great for this job. Despite it’s name, it can be used with any ISO just like dd.

FWIW, the Fedora Media Writer works with any distribution's images, just select the "custom image" option and point it to whatever ISO you have.
