When you look at graphics APIs in Rust practically everything is pointing towards, and telling you to use, wgpu, which abstracts over Vulkan, Metal, DX11/12, GLES and WebGPU and is based on, drumroll, WebGPU. Hardly surprising as it's the backend firefox is going to use. And yes it has a C API, too.

Probably the easiest option would be to target wgpu-native prebuilt binaries but these don't have iOS/Android (unsure if wgpu-native supports iOS/Android at all)

WGPU is the underlying implementation for WebGPU in Firefox and it has C bindings: https://github.com/gfx-rs/wgpu-native.git.
WGPU.NET - Cross-platform bindings for wgpu

WGPU.NET allows you to leverage wgpu by providing 1-to-1 bindings to wgpu-native, making it very straightforward to use. If you're writing a renderer or a game engine, or perhaps trying to do GPU computations, and have a handful of spare time, consider learning about wgpu and experimenting with it.

Flashpoint is a project to preserve webgames and animations, starting at first with the then-dying and now dead flash platform, but quickly expanding into many others. People who crawl the web for un-preserved content are called "curators" and some hang out in the discord.

If you're talking about Pony Creator you can still use it and most other flash games with Flashpoint.2 projects | reddit.com/r/mylittlepony | 8 Nov 2022
There are couple good ones I like the first is Pony Town it lets you make pixel art OC's. If that's not your style there's this one on picrew that let's you make normal images of your OC. The last one is called pony maker which allows you to make show accurate OC's. This one used to be usable online but now that flash is dead you have to use a program called Flashpoint just download that program and search pony maker if you'd like to use that one.

Cool tip, there is an app called Flashpoint which has almost every flash game archived and playable. It has perfect Windows support, is beta testing Mac support and runs via Wine on Linux.2 projects | reddit.com/r/shitposting | 7 Nov 2022

There is an archive project dedicated to saving Flash games and animations called BlueMaxima's Flashpoint. I've been able to find almost every Lego.com game from my childhood on there, including Spybots: A Nightfall Incident (what a game!)
Hailing all Captains! Greetings and Flash Trek License/Modding Questions

Hello there. Captain Lesbee Ziner of the Sovereign Class Starship USS Victory, a human refugee from the United Federation of Planets. It was only two years ago that I first heard of Flash Trek, so I'm pretty late to them game. I only came across it during my search for the flash games I used to play and searching to see if anyone made any star trek ones. My favorite Flash trek game is Broken Mirror 2. I spent a few weeks on it, finishing it twice, dying hundreds of times in the process, mostly around some uninhabited planet, being shot down by enemy fire only to be shot again while in my 10th generation escape pod. After those weeks of playing Broken Mirror 2, I searched around to learn more about the Flash Trek games and played some of the other ones. During my search I noticed that some people had made there own version of different Flash Trek games. So I tried to find the source code and contact the makers of the game to find if I could mod Broken Mirror 2. I couldn't find any way to contact the author's, I couldn't find any copyright info or source code, and I searched for communities around Flash Trek, but most are long gone. I recently found this community and this one brokenmirror.forumotion.co.uk/ but both look inactive. But maybe there is some Captain left in this quadrant that will answer my hail. I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether I can mod any of the Flash Trek games especially Broken Mirror 2 and where I can find the source code for Broken Mirror 2 or one of the Flash Trek games. I would really like to port them from flash to the Godot engine that way I can mod it and play it on devices that don't have flash. I have Broken Mirror 2.swf from Flashpoint and I have JPEXS Flash decompiler, but I would rather have the source code and I want to know if I am even allowed to do this. To all the Captains that have gone before me and that come after me, greetings and fare well. I must be going, I have a shipment to the new colony on Paso to make. After that, me and my crew might go "second star to the right, and straight on 'till morning".
