Ask HN: How do you keep track of all the content you encounter?
i was using raindrop for a while as well actually, just for bookmarking regular stuff, but doing incremental imports using that is an option i suppose
i just did a bit more research on web clippers and found this one that supports of few different services so it might be trivial enough to add support for grist. not that i have the ability to do that at the moment but it might be a fun challenge at some point!

After 14 years, I am saying Goodbye to Evernote.
Notion's Web Clipper is not perfect. It clips and works most of the time. However, at times it does not. Fortunately, there is Web Clipper! It feels as if a reverse-engineered version of Evernote's Web Clipper. I use both the official and this. It all depends on the site that you are trying to clip. Hence, not an issue at the end of the day.

Self hosted alternatives to Evernote Web Clipper?
I know there is always the Save to PDF function, but the format is always broken + I would like to exclude the annoying ads. I have tried to use Web-clipper but they don't preserve the style format (at least in readability mode and full screen mode)+ not able to save to PDF + cannot save to local storage, same with maoxian web clipper which doesn't support PDF format. I hope someone can give me some recommendations or other methods to translate the clipped results to pdf in one-click.

Evernote importing: has it improved? Any tips?
I recently moved to Notion for similar reasons/concerns. Had a lot of Evernote content over many years. Battled to import (partial items truncated at seemingly random points, skipped items, import failed with various unhelpful errors) and would have given up if I hadn’t found https://github.com/vzhd1701/enex2notion which is slow (thanks to Evernote API limits) but reliable and worked flawlessly for me. Very happy Notion user now.
