vue-demi VS signature_pad

You can use the composition API in Vue 2 -- check out vue-demi. I'm using it in a couple vue 2 projects, and it's quite solid.

I used vue-demi so both Vue 2 and 3 are supported.

It supports Vue 3 and Vue 2 (via composition-api plugin) powered by vue-demi.

It's generally possible if you stick to shared syntax and use something like vue-demi: https://github.com/vueuse/vue-demi

Or another idea is to use vue-demi to slowy rewrite components in Vue 3 and import them with demi in vue 2 (existing platform), repeat this until we have everything rewritten.

It's possible to achieve this by using a developing tool that the same @antfu created called Vue-demi.

Sure it can. You just need to capture the signature and insert it as an image. You can capture the signature with signature pad: https://github.com/szimek/signature_pad and insert the image into your pdf.

Relatively straightforward, using mpdf and https://github.com/szimek/signature_pad.

If you look at version 2.3 (https://github.com/szimek/signature_pad/releases/tag/v2.3.0) you’ll see that it does have a dist folder.

This component is built on top of perfect-freehand, a library that lets you draw perfect pressure-sensitive freehand strokes. Most of the methods are based on the signature_pad library.

I believe you can use TCPDF to generate a pdf with digital signature certification through PHP, and something like Signature Pad to capture the signature using javascript.

A canvas element with some js should be fine to actually capture the signature. I wound up using a plugin myself. There are plenty, but I think this one is pretty good. Signature Pad.
