For a time sink side project, I used a webpack 4 boilerplate and it emits several html, js, css bundles with tree shaking and code splitting. I parse the script and css tags and include those in HTML templates in django, a MVC framework. I could skip this step if I don't want code splitting. I wish I had an easier way to parse dependency graph of a bundle. I also wish webpack were easier to learn for a busy developer. https://github.com/samteb/vue-2-webpack-4-boilerplate
