Why everything is type (unknown) in VSCode?
I installed zig with the official link and installed this Zig Extension. However, I am not sure if there's something left to do because when I write code I get things like this:

Using ZLS with VSCode
IMO Zig changes too fast right now to maintain a nice plugin like ZLS. I used it for a while and it inevitably broke after a while when the language changed. I've found it's easier just to have simple syntax highlighting for the time being. VSCode has a plugin named "Zig" from Marc Tiehuis that does this (https://github.com/ziglang/vscode-zig).

How long has Settings Sync been deprecated ? Can't find anything online
The last commit on the Settings Sync repo was late 2019, so it was probably deprecated around that time.

I'm a long time Vim user, and I want to move to VS Code for a while. I like to script my editor a lot (PDE-style). How should I approach this?
