Can't get past Nextcloud all-in-one login page
and if nothing then you can down it and try following caddy reverse proxy guide and then that nextcloud guide. While maybe ditching portainer and just ssh in there and create files, run commands.
If you know bit of docker and compose, you can try this setup.
