p.s. I am not sure if this applies to you, but I heard 'unarc.dll' errors can potentially be fixed by installing... https://github.com/abbodi1406/vcredist/releases ; basically the "VisualCppRedist_AIO_x86_x64.exe". it's basically a all-in-one visual c++ as it makes all of that stuff up to date.
