Visit the Orbiter website and connect your MetaMask wallet to the site. Initiate the bridging process, allowing you to move your Ethereum from Arbitrum One to Arbitrum Nova. Follow the prompts and wait for the confirmation.

Go to https://www.orbiter.finance/ and do the following:

use a bridge: if you have Ethereum on any other network - for example if you traded Moons in the past and sold some for Ethereum on the Arbitrum Nova chain - you can just "bridge" that to the correct network. Go to https://www.orbiter.finance/, connect your Metamask, and bridge the smallest possible amount of ETH to Arbitrum One (which is just called Arbitrum on that site)

Arbitrum One is not Arbitrum Nova, so from there you'd bridge your ETH from One to Nova (I use www.orbiter.finance) and since you're on L2 this should only cost you 10-30 cents at most, compared to $5-50+ if you were on the ETH mainnet/L1.

https://www.orbiter.finance/ can bridge almost instantly for a 0,6% fee

if you haven't any ETH on mainnet address, the easiest way is to bridge from Arbitrum Nova to Arbitrum One using https://www.orbiter.finance/ and then send using Arbitrum One network to a CEX that supports Arbitrum One network (Coinbase or Binance support deposits on Arbitrum One)

A tip, instead of using the main bridge, I suggest using Orbiter Finance it's a way better alternative, and the bridging is usually almost instant. It's also the best bridge in and out of arbitrum nova if you wanna trade some moons!
