Problem with passing a variable from a loop into a parameter list for subprocess.run.

- Twitch has made a change to their API which has temporarily broken many apps including the LSF clip bot.
- Twitch broke clip downloading for countless apps, including our mirror bot. No fix ATM, sorry!
